Regarding the PCB
As you may have already noticed, there is a defect in the initially shipped PCBs. Specifically, there is one critical defect and one minor defect, for a total of two defects.
The first one is a misalignment of the H key hole. While the key can be inserted into the plate, it cannot be inserted into the PCB due to a misalignment of the hole position on the PCB.
The second one is that the two keys on the left split shift are reversed. While it is still possible to use them, there is an issue with the keycaps interfering with each other.
These are due to my design error. However, such an error occurred in a low-profit environment, and I have been in a state where I can't do anything mentally or financially. I apologize for not being able to make a formal announcement for a long time.
I understand that I still need to deliver a replacement PCB. This time, I have thoroughly optimized the cost and reviewed the PCB design to manufacture it as cheaply as possible to maximize the feasibility of shipping replacement PCBs.
However, the manufacturing cost is still a bottleneck. You may also receive a PCB at no charge, but if possible, I would appreciate your support in the form of a contribution. The total manufacturing and shipping cost per unit is expected to be around $30.

Regarding to the delays
The Cisne kit was supposed to be shipped during Q3 (July-Sep) 2022,
but as you might already noticed, there is a production delays on some products.
This is not only due to the COVID, but also is my fault.
I should have kept this project more simple and make each parts more quickly.
It’s all due to my bad perfectionism.
I apologize for kept you waiting for this long time.

Regarding the PC plate
I’m currently negotiating with the manu who will make the cases/plates for Cisne but turned out they don’t have black/white PC options and it will be custom-made order due to the material’s MOQ (minimum order quantity).
Instead of that, they have black/white POM options. So I’m planning to switch from PC to POM.
