PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • This is a pre-order. Tentative estimated time of arrival is Q3 2022 (depends on the chip availability).

  • First come, first served (no raffle).

  • This pre-order will run for the next 4 weeks or until around 100 units are sold.

  • All the products shown in the pictures are prototypes. Final products may show differences.

  • Due to the characteristics of the hand-polished products, there might be slight scratches on the surface of the polished products.

  • We will only accept cancellations during the pre-order period. The transaction fee (approximately 4% of the total price) will be subtracted from the refund.

  • The shipping cost will be determined by weight/size of the final package, not by region/country. Start at 40 USD at 2.5kg, 7 USD will be added for every 0.5 kg. (e.g. 3.0kg = 40 + 7 = 47 USD)

  • Pre-order can be delayed due to the unexpected events, especially in this situation.

  • We cannot ship to the following countries by the standard shipping method even if your country is listed on the checkout form.
