RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. If you have a faulty or defective product, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order for replacement or refund. Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and still in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@sonatina.jp to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
